What is a good medicine or cream that kill zits?

I really like Clean %26amp; Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment. I put it on at night before bed, and sometimes if I have a bad zit, I put it on in the morning before applying my makeup. It works really well and usually zaps the zits away! What is a good medicine or cream that kill zits?
The doctor put me on Differin cream, but you have to get a perscription for it. If you are not willing to go to that much trouble, then I would try the Acne Free spot treatment that you can buy at places like Wal-Mart. Both of those have worked really well for me, especially the Differin. What is a good medicine or cream that kill zits?
Need an emergency zit killer?

Try getting powdered Alum from the grocery spice section.

Pour about the size of a pea into your palm and mix it with some hydrocortisone cream (not ointment).

Mix well and dab on the spot.

Be aware, you should test this on a small area first, as with any treatment, it could be a skin irritant.

The alum will draw the zit dry overnight. Magical!
Believe it or not.. toothpaste on a pimple (before you go to bed) will dry that little sucker right up....

Also - Retin-A (you need a prescription from your Doctor) really works well.. Not only does it clear up pimples, it makes your skin so smooth and decreases the size of your pores.

Good Luck.
This is what I suggest and no I did not just copy and paste this from some random website, I have actually tried all of this and yes, it works amazingly great =]

1. Do you have oily/combination or dry/flaky skin?

-For oily/combination. Use a 3 step system such as AcneFree, Clinique, or Proactive. Salicylic acid seems the best for oily/combination skin because it's stronger but it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. I use Clinique 3 step system (I bought it two months ago) and I am seeing great results as such for the oily skin and my mild acne.

-For dry/flaky skin. I suggest you use benzoyl peroxide, its much gentler for drier skin and will leave your skin feeling moisturized and smooth. Also use SPF moistruizer everyday after cleansing and toning your skin.

2. Use a honey and banana mask 2-3 times a week. Take a little bit of honey and little peices of banana and massage it all together on your face, let it tighten yoru skin for 10 minutes, then risne off with luke warm water and then cold water. It will help prevent breakouts from occuring. After you rinse tha toff, take some clean and clear persa gel 10 (works great!) and dab a little on the pimples/zits you have. Do thsi before going to bed, next morning, rinse off and I swear your skin will feel and look amazing.

3. Do not eat much junk food (its ok to eat every once in awhile but not so much) because base from ym epxerince, I brokeout a lot from greasy foods like pizza, burgers, chips, soda, etc.

4. For bacne, I suggest scrubing your back every morning and night with Netruogena acne body wash. I use to use it and it works failry good, you will notice results in a week ro two.
Go to CVS and buy Panoxyl. It's 10% benzoyl peroxide water based gel. I put it on once a day (usually at night). It works really good. You can look it up online....

This is what I would recommend:

Mix baking soda and witch hazel/or water together until it comes to a good constancy, and then spread on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. these two things are very inexpensive and it's very easy to do since there is only two ingredients.

Toothpaste is good for drying out your pimple (for some people). Put only a little bit before you go to sleep. Some people use this as a mask but DON鈥楾 EVER DO THIS! It can change your skin tone and make your face discolored.

Aloe vera helps scars lighten and less noticeable (lemon, cocoa butter, witch hazel, and tea tree oil do the same thing). Use the gel (of the aloe plant) or the real thing.

Try to buy a cleanser that works for you, and when you wash your face, open your pores with hot water (not too hot, or it will dry out your skin) and massage it gently into your skin. Then, use cold water at the end to close you pores. The smaller your pores are, the less likely you're prone to pimples. Clearasil, Neutrogena, and proactive are good choices to start if you want a cleanser. Don't use body soaps because they dry out your skin. Don't scrub too hard either, because it can irritate your skin.

An egg yoke can be used to make you pores smaller. I used this when I had pimples. Just take the egg yolk (the yellow part) and leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water and then splash your face with cold water.

Keep your hair out of your face because the oils in your hair could go into your pores. Change you sheets because they're are trapped with dirt, oils, etc.

Zinc (type of vitamin) is the one of the best things you can use to get rid of pimples. You can buy these almost about any large store (such as Wal-Mart or Shaws.) Have one tablet per day and try to cut down the junk food and replace it with vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and don't pop you acne. Popping acne can lead to acne scars.

If you have sensitive skin, don't use make up. Some of the things in make up can clog your pores and cause pimples.
