You should go tan... dont let your skin burn. Its just like womens legs, if they tan then no bumbs.
Also bath and body has a shaving cream that helps a lot , it comes in a green tube.Any known Medicine or cream for Bob's condition?
Shaving should not give you real pimples.
Is it red bumps just after shaving? this is irritation....use a new good razor blade and a sensitive-skin shaving cream or foam. Follow up with AloeVera lotion. Disposable razors are fine but the cheapest ones can be very rough on the skin.
