Does anyone have a miracle cream or medicine they've tried and was successful for psoriasis?

You might try this. A friend of mine has really bad psoriasis all over her body. She started using sea salt as an exfoliant on her skin. She just got her body wet and rubbed the salt on her effected areas and the psoriasis started going away much better than the cream her doctor gave her. It might be worth a try.Does anyone have a miracle cream or medicine they've tried and was successful for psoriasis?

WHOEVER HAS PSORIASIS PLEASE READ I had very bad psoriasis on my elbows, knees, ankles, parts of my leg, ears, and nuckles. The answer is OLUX. Plain and simple. Hope you have insurance cause it cost about $200,plus. It completly is gone and I had it over 5 years. I still use it. It is not a cream. It is a foam
a friend of mine has bad psoriasis and he has not found anything that totally takes it away however dovenex ointment (not cream) has helped lessen it in his scalp and methotrexate pills prescribed by a dermatologist works the best for his body he also found that when he has a lot of stress in his life is when it is at the worst so i would say try to lower your stress and ask a dermatologist about methotrexate and dovenex however the methotrexate does require blood work to keep check on your liver hope this helps
Dovenex is very expensive if you do not have insurance, it cost me 154.00 dollars for a small tube and it did not work. Tar based creams seem to work okay but I bought oil of olay acne treatment and have been using it on my psoriasis and thy have been fading alot. Sarna lotion will help with the itching and burning.
This is the most cheapest way to treat that disease and its take time too. plant lot of aloe Vera plants then when the leaves rich three inches width cut it off the plant then cut off the green outer skin use only the clear jelly like and cover the affected area three time a day. Get well and have fun
