There is the stuff thats called nair for face, and its like a cream you put on hair and wash it off and bam! no hair.

So I suggest maybe having her mom drop just the two of you off at the nail salon (she may be shy having her mom or anyone else there) and ask for a facial wax they're no more than 10 bucks and takes like 2 minutes. Lots of girls do this but its kinda like taboo lol (girls dont walk around saying how they just got their lips waxed lol)

Personally i find that waxing leaves your face looking like its missing something since your face has smalle hairs all over it that you can't see. I pluck the really dark ones, if you have a thicker mustache you'll have to stay on top of it, i do a good pluck once a month and then maintenence everyother day. thin small hair can be bleached. I use Jolen creme facial bleach for sensitive skin which works great.
Sally Hansen Creme Hair Remover, for the face, can be purchased at Wal-Mart, for $6.00/$7.00.
