Is there any cream or medicine to remove the marks of stitches?

I was in an ATV accident and I had to get stitches up my leg...

I used Mederma on my leg after it was healed well enough, it is an ointment that you just rub over the affected area, the marks from the stitches havent completely disappeared, but it has only been about 5 months, and you have to look very closely to recognize that there are any marks on my legs.

If you are willing to pay the price, you could try dermabrasion.

If you have a lot of marks.Is there any cream or medicine to remove the marks of stitches?
I heard a plastic surgen say'; the only way to get rid of stretch mark is to cut them out';

I would use coco butter, vitiam E and there is a products cal bio-oil

it supose to help diminish the look of scars, streth marks.

By the way I'm in my 30's I had my appedix out at 12 the scar is still visable.I never used any of the products because my scar is in a place where no one can see it. But I have other scars that have fadded on my stomach I never used anything other than neosporen on them. It helped a little. you can hardly see them.Is there any cream or medicine to remove the marks of stitches?
Nothing will ';remove the marks of stitches'; or scars. Vitamin E-oil can help them heal faster though.

Scar tissue is also very ';tough'; - rubbery like. Vitamin E oil can also help soften the skin tissue.
Mederma is for scar lightening. You can find it at CVS. Also, cocoa or shea butter with vitamin E is very good for lightening scars.
Dear friend,

You can try out the cream named as ';No Marks';. In case you are not benefitted with this cream, then consult some skin specialist called as dermitologist.
Cocoa Butter! It's good for all types of scarring it reduces the appearance. and it's wonderful for the skin.
Ha. Good question. I had four stitches when I was in 7th grade (I'm 26 now). The scars are as clearly visible then as they are now.
Vit-E. Crush %26amp; mix pill in cold cream and apply twice daily, will help if marks not very old otherwise surgery.
Creams are available
