go to the pharmacy.. pick up some over the counter preperation H..
the prescription best is Annusol HC....it requires a Rx though for has a type steriod in it to reduce the swelling.
The pharmasist will be able to give you advice on which medication to take.
You can get medicine from the doctor. But he/she is going to tell you to drink alot of prune juice. Also try eating more fiber. That will help you alot.
